I am a sophomore at Northeastern University studying Computer Science and Game Art with a concentration in Game Development. Although it was difficult at first, I taught myself all of the skills listed below, and through my struggles, learned how to pick up new skills rather quickly. I enjoy undertaking challenging problems because they are the ones that teach me the most, and for that reason, I tackle new and difficult projects with excitement and enthusiasm.
I created a short (5-minute) game for a school project my senior year of highschool. The objective of the game is to find the key to escape from the castle by hiding from the ghostly figures wandering the halls. I programmed the functionality, purchased the assets, designed the map layout, established the ambiance through stylized lighting and particle effects, and created some of the animations in the game (such as the lighting of the lantern).
I created an application to help me log my trades in the stock market. It interfaces with TD Ameritrade's API to fetch my transactions, and calculates statistics such as net profit/loss, win rate, and profit/loss ratio. It groups all related transactions together under one trade so it's easier to see how the transactions relate to each other, and what the final profit/loss is once the trade is completed. Users can change the start date, as well as the chart's display (daily or weekly increments). Feel free to click on an image to view it in fullscreen if you wish to inspect it further.
